However, in some cases, a user is disconnected from a chat after a while. <br><br>Before we dive in. Let&#8217;s distinguish between the two types of chat disconnection messages. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Disconnecting message that requires a user to re-login (or refresh his page to re-login). The message, in this case, is <strong>&#8220;You are now disconnected from the chat room&#8221;<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\"> The second message is when your chat was set with an Auto-login option, meaning you use <a href=\"https:\/\/rumbletalk.com\/support\/API_Auto_Login\/\">RumbleTalk SDK <\/a>or <a href=\"https:\/\/rumbletalk.com\/plugins\/wordpress\/\">WordPress plugin<\/a>. The message, in this case, is <br><strong>&#8220;This chat room is for private users only&#8221;<\/strong>. in this case, you can <a href=\"https:\/\/rumbletalk.com\/blog\/index.php\/knowledge-base\/wordpress-message-this-chat-room-is-for-private-users-only\/\">check this article<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>The first disconnection message could occur for various options:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Admin panel changes<\/strong> &#8211; when a chat admin is using the admin panel to change the chat settings, in some cases a refresh command is sent to the client and may result in a disconnected message.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Connectivity<\/strong> &#8211; you might have connectivity issues with a router for more than two minutes. Try connecting from another server that is not connected to your router.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Incognito <\/strong>&#8211; In some browsers, when you are connected to the chat using an incognito mode, a refresh of the chat page might result in disconnection.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cookie<\/strong> <strong>&amp; Security<\/strong> &#8211; If you do not have 3rd party cookies and\/or local storage enabled in your browser,  Try changing the browser type and check it up.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Firewall<\/strong> &#8211; If your firewall is set to disconnect an open connection for more than X seconds, it will result in disconnection.
