Read on to find out how.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2>What is expert&#8217;s chat?<\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/d241b8qep9dzid.cloudfront.net\/20190128093637\/psychic_expert-2-e1548668224196.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-5167 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/d241b8qep9dzid.cloudfront.net\/20190128093637\/psychic_expert-2-e1548668224196.png\" alt=\"self-love ritual\" width=\"600\" height=\"346\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Expert&#8217;s chat is a one-on-one chat via private messages. Instead of using the typical group chat type, expert&#8217;s chat lets a professional lend his aid to clients, customers, or his followers.<\/p>\n<p>When creating a new account, the default chat is the <a href=\"https:\/\/rumbletalk.com\">group chat<\/a>. When we first launched RumbleTalk, we focused on communities. Now, we have added a new\u00a0type of chat, especially for professionals.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>With this new expert&#8217;s chat, there is no group chat. Only the admin (professional) will see who are the active users. In addition, a user cannot initiate conversation if the admin is not active.<\/p>\n<p>It depends on the chat owner to set the chat as paid chat or not. This means that therapists will be able to connect with their clients via RumbleTalk.<\/p>\n<p>How do you do it?\u00a0<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Make sure you are registered to RumbleTalk and then log in.<a href=\"https:\/\/d241b8qep9dzid.cloudfront.net\/20190104064147\/rumbletalk-e1546584116374.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-full wp-image-4892 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/d241b8qep9dzid.cloudfront.net\/20190104064147\/rumbletalk-e1546584116374.png\" alt=\"rumbletalk\" width=\"600\" height=\"270\" \/><\/a><\/li>\n<li>Change your chat type to expert&#8217;s chat\/paid expert&#8217;s chat. To do this, in the new admin panel, you will see &#8220;Chat type.&#8221; Click that and you will see all the different types of chat. This means that you will start messaging each other through texts. In this section, we will show you what the users see and what the admin sees.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>What the admin sees &#8211; When you log-in as the admin, meaning you&#8217;re the professional, you will see the list of active clients in your chat room. You can chat any of them through private messaging.
