Our public group chat users have long enjoyed being able to use all the different smileys at their disposal. They can also attach files and documents to the chat so others could download them. However, this was only available in the group chat<\/a>.<\/p>\n

We are happy to announce that now you can do all these things in private chats!<\/p>\n

Attach Files and Use Smileys<\/h2>\n

To upload files, simply click on the paper clip, select the file you want to share, then click “ok.” For more detailed instructions with pictures, see our “How to Upload Files<\/a>” post.<\/p>\n

And to use smileys, simply click on the smiley button at the bottom right of the chat window. Then, select which one you’d like to use. It’s almost the same with the group chat. The only difference is that you’re doing it in the private chat.<\/p>\n

You can use this to share important files that you don’t want other users to see. For example, if you’re sharing a business card, important contact, or signed contract with another member.<\/p>\n
