1. Go to the User tab in the admin panel settings.
2. Find the user or create a new user login.
3. Assign the user you want with Free access to the chat a user role as User (Global).

This will allow a specific user to access the chat without any payment requirements.

Therefore, assign users accordingly:

• User (Global) to give the user access
• User (Room) to require user to pay before they can access the chat (make sure to assign the “Rooms” access)

• Activate the payment request in the Monetize option and save your changes. If you don’t save your changes, it will not go through. Note that you can only choose the currency once.

• Privately message users that you want to request a payment from. This may be from the options above.
• Now, once they reply (or not, as long as they see your message), you can request payment by clicking on their profile and clicking the dollar sign.
• Type in the amount you want to request. They will then be notified.

• Then, they just need to click the Pay button that appeared and they will be redirected to PayPal.

As of now, we only have PayPal for payouts.

There are two kinds of payment extension.

1. The first one is when you click the extend button.
2. The second one is when the time is up, it will ask you to extend. The counter turns red before the time ends (this is to notify you to extend your session).

To extend a paywall payment via the extend button, see the following example.

If your session expires, the chat will notify you if you want to extend your session.

This is how the counter looks like when your time is running out.

After the user chooses to extend a session, he/she will be redirected to PayPal for payment.
