Here’s how you can do it.

When you checkout, you will immediately be redirected to PayPal.

• First, check if you’re upgrading your account with the right details.

If the info is correct, then proceed to type in your credit card details.

• Towards the bottom of the page, PayPal will ask you if you want to create an account. Choose No, I don’t want an account now. This will still let you upgrade your account.

• Lastly, click Agree & Subscribe to proceed with the payment.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

• PayPal only accepts credit card payments for subscription purchases. If you’re using a debit card, in some cases, you will see an error.
• Normally, subscriptions are canceled via PayPal. When you subscribe via credit card only without a PayPal account, please contact us via https://rumbletalk.com/about_us/contact_us/ using your registered email to request a cancellation. The registered email on RumbleTalk should be used to verify your cancellation request.
• If you cannot pay using PayPal credit card, please contact us so we can send you an alternative payment link.

Here’s how:

• Log in to your PayPal account.
• Click Settings on the top right-hand corner of the page.
• Click Payments.
• Click Manage automatic payments.
• Click Cancel. Then, Cancel Automatic Payments and follow the instructions.

2. When you cancel your recurring payment, your account will stay active until the end of the period you paid for. For example, if you purchased a plan on the 1st of the month and cancel on the 15th of the month, the plan will stay active till the 1st of the next month.

• Choose the plan you need and upgrade it with the full number of seats, admins, rooms, and keywords (do not update the delta only).
• If you upgrade your plan during the month, we will refund your old plan pro-rate within 5 working days. This is the case for monthly plans; for yearly plans, the pro-rate refund is not automatic. You will need to contact us for that.

Example of an upgrade:
Let’s assume you have a plan with
  200 seats, and 2 rooms – purchased on the 1st of the month
Now you want to add 1 more room (e.g., 3 rooms)
  200 seats, and 3 rooms – upgraded on the 15th of the month
You will need to buy the full plan (200 seats and 3 rooms).

Since the old plan was used for 15 days, we will refund half of the older payment after an upgrade was done.

Downgrading a plan during the month is not entitled to a refund.

Upgrading is per account, not per chat.

• Seats – number of seats (participants)
• Rooms – how many rooms you need
• Admins – the number of admins/moderators
• Keywords – number of hypertext keywords
