Can I allow only secure content in my chat room?

To allow secure content only in your chat room, here’s what you need to do.

Go to Settings > Multimedia.
Check the box for Secure content only.

Checking this box will prevent the chat from parsing unsecure elements like images and videos.

How do you export all chats’ names in the admin panel?

To export all of your chats’ names, click on your chat room on Selected chat.

Then, next to the Create a new chat room option, you will see the export option.

Click on that and it will export all chat names’ into a CSV file.

Can guest users add their own avatar?

Yes, they can. Chat owners can enable the Guest avatar option in their admin panel (premium option). Here’s how you can do it.

On your admin panel, you will see the “Settings” option. Click on that.
Next, go to “Advanced.”
Check the box for “Guest avatar.”

This option will let your guest users add their own guest avatar.

Just choose a photo to upload as your avatar and log-in.

It will immediately appear next to a guest user’s name.

Can I create more than one chat?

Yes, it’s possible to create more than one chat room. To create a new chat room, click “Selected chat” on the upper left on your admin panel and click create a new chat chat room.

However, this is only available for paying accounts and accounts that need more than one room.

How to disable viewers from seeing the chat?

When you want that only logged in users will see the chat, you can set the viewers option to off. Once set, new users opening the chat, will see the login option and not the actual chat.

Log into your RumbleTalk account
Go to settings
Click on the Advanced tab on the left
Uncheck the Allow private chat between users option

How do I change my chat settings?

To change your chat settings, simply open the chat admin panel and click on Settings.

One can change and customize the look & feel, set chat filters, place the chat in offline mode, advanced users management, control the chat behavior, ban users, export the chat room transcript, integrate with external users base, and more.
